Healthy weight loss is 2 lbs per week. The first couple of weeks can be more but it will slow down. IF you are adding muscle also remember that you may gain but you will see loss of inches (muscle is more dense then fat) Look at the whole picture.

I think 3 lbs is totally attainable as long as you do increase your cardio (calories burned) and watch or even reduce caloric intake. Good luck. Seems the # of lbs you lose each week would taper off or slow down as your body adapts to the program you’re doing, so be sure to change it up regularly. Good luck
One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. Times 3 is 10,500 more that you have to burn than if no exercise, or less to consume in food. Sounds impossible. But, fortunately , quite a lot of the weight one loses in fat has water go along with it, so you can do it.
