I had to check this out due to its original and lovely title.
For the suggestions on this track, I’d give it a 4. I gave it a 3 because it’s probably too fast for most to appreciate(I like things fast being I’m very impatient). Most truly effective hypnosis suggestions are done a bit slower than this. I wasnt too impressed with the sound quality, it wasnt bad, but I have made comparable hypnosis tapes myself. The only real difference is that this has background music.
Nice experience. I am optimistic about the outcome of regular use of this. I have been a faithful customer of BMV & Christopher Love for years. This track was a nice break in those routines and might even prove well for getting me out of a rut.
Just remember, for the best outcome, when listening to any subliminal/hypnosis program, listen to that program and that program only for a month—you dont want to confuse the subconscious by giving it too many messages, especially considering some of the messages might conflict. Give it 30 days to get ingrained in your subconscious, then u can mix various subliminals and hypnosis mp3s all you wish.
