ive been doing some online research and its hard to find hard answers. Ive read a lot about saving one hundred thousand dollars before developing a portfolio, is there a reason to this? I set that as my goal and am doing well enough, i just want my money to start sorking for me as soon as possible, thanks for your help. And I hate to say this because yahooanswers and the community is extremely helpful to me, but dont patronize me I am looking for good advice. thank you all again.

What is the weight goal of an anorexic?

I saw one of those drama shows on Spanish speaking tv, like “Lo que callamos las mujeres” about a little girl that went without eating for like a week and was diagnosed anorexic. What I can’t wrap my mind around is how much does someone who suffers from anorexia want to weigh? Do they even have an ideal weight in mind? Do these people not set goals or something?

How do I go about setting my life in order?

I set goals plans, start…then start doubting myself, procratinating putting things off, loosing moticvation, confidence….getting anxious. I am also easily distracted by internet and tv?

I wan to accomplish certain goals, but I never stick to plan its bringing me down!

I am 28yrs., 5 ft. 8 in., 150 lbs, with 22%-24% body fat depending on the calculator used. My boyfriend is 27yrs., 5 ft. 11 in., 170 lbs with 24-30% body fat depending on calculator. We’d like to start exercising (we were both very athletic in high school and I also in college) but we have been pretty inactive for 3 years now.

I’d love for an expert to tell me what would be a reasonable goal to set for body fat loss if we commit to exercising 3-4x per week 30-45 min. each time for 4 to 6 weeks (no diet modifications yet, just exercise). I know guys burn it off faster than girls, so I would like to know what would be a fair, comparable loss for each of us. That way we can see who really “won” and have some fun with it.

I need a goal to set. Relatively short term of around 6 months.

Something with active sports but nothing that may cause head injury.

I just suffered a cerebral contusion from skiing and cannot afford another head injury.

I’m an adrenalin junkie keep in mind.

Please help. Also, I like activities that are physical and can be done alone or with another person, but not a big group.
